Digital Bridge

Digital Bridge is a project by Wohnpartner Vienna and OMAi with the aim of applying public art to enhance social cohesion and communal spirit in housing projects managed by the city of Vienna. OMAi is responsible for conducting Tagtool workshops and mobile projection sessions with the Tagtool bike at several municipal residential buildings around the city. 

The program for an individual location starts with a workshop, followed by a month of weekly mobile projection sessions with the Tagtool bike, during which the residents get acquainted with projection painting their neighbourhood. The project is concluded for each site with a street party with food, music and a larger-scale Tagtool session.

The Digital Bridge project was brought to Karl-Heinz-Hora-Hof in October 2023, Gemeindebau Autokaderstrasse in April/May 2024, and will come to Karl-Kautsky-Hof in September 2024.
